Kelly Ballard is the Program Coordinator for the Dell Social Innovation Competition and the RGK Center Institute on Social Entrepreneurship. Her experience includes international nonprofit work and two years of nonprofit management. Ms. Ballard earned her M.A. in Advertising from The University of Texas at Austin, and her undergraduate degrees in Journalism and Spanish from Ohio University.
