Housing

You will live in one of four cooperative houses within comfortable walking distance to the University of Texas campus. The houses (Pearl, Taos, Halstead, and Laurel) are managed and operated through the efforts of student members and each house reflects the values and lifestyle choices of its residents. You will enjoy the community and convenience not found in apartments or dorms. Each ISE student will share a double room with a UT student in order to foster relationship building with local students. All rooms include beds, chairs, dressers, desks and free high-speed Internet access (computers not provided in rooms). The Institute will provide you with sheets, towels and basic necessities (eating utensils, hand soap, clothes hangers, etc.).
